The questions

The questions I always get.

Seven answers, no going round the houses. If yours is not here, write to me and I will add it.

Question

What is Arrow Rose?

One person, in Taranto, who builds your site and the dashboard you run it from, then keeps it running. The site sits on a dedicated server: it is not inside anybody’s subscription.

Question

What does it solve?

A site you cannot change yourself. Opening hours and menus months out of date. Requests lost between messages and phone calls. Here you change what you want from your phone and the page updates the same moment.

Question

Can this be done remotely?

Yes. Email, phone or video call, and the documents are signed online. If you are in Taranto and would rather meet in person, we can.

Question

How long does it take?

The demo with your own material in it arrives within 48 working hours. After that it depends how many photos and how much text you already have: if they exist, it goes quickly.

Question

Who owns the site?

You do. The domain is in your business’s name from day one and the code passes to you after final payment. It is written into the contract before the work starts.

Question

What does it cost?

The figures are below, exactly as they are: nothing to assemble, no tiers. The definitive price is in the contract, before anything begins.

Site and web app €990 one-off, then €49 a month.

In the monthly fee: dedicated server, domain, mailboxes, certificate, encrypted backups every night, updates, support. Eleven sites already built, one per sector, ten languages set up; Arrow Rose translates the copy during the build, at no surcharge.

Websites
Mondrian €149 a month, one dedicated server.

Availability, the shift grid, hours worked, an export for the payroll adviser. Whoever is covering Saturday looks at the shifts on their phone and asks for a swap from there. Mondrian exports the hours, it does not process payslips.

The Mondrian page
ReamS €7,990 one-off, then €249 a month. Two dedicated servers, online shop included on the business's own domain.

Catalogue, stock, till and orders on the same archive. The cashier closing at 11pm does not redo the sums by hand. The back office is not reachable from the internet.

The ReamS page
Comanda €7,990 one-off, then €249 a month. Two dedicated servers, online shop included.

Front of house, kitchen, menu and registers on the same archive. The allergen register is filled in from the menu, as Regulation 1169/2011 provides: when the inspection arrives it is already printed.

The Comanda page

These prices hold exactly as they are written: no package to assemble, no tiers, no increase after the first year. Anything a client asks for outside these four products goes into the contract before the work starts.
